Unable to paste in Calypso in 'Visual' tab

Trying to paste content into the ‘Visual’ editing tab in Calypso.
It does not paste anything – the keyboard command doesn’t work, and the right click menu doesn’t show any paste option.
I am, however, able to paste in the ‘HTML’ view.
Using Chrome 60, on Ubuntu 17.04.
The only Chrome extension I think could interfere is Grammarly, though it didn’t cause any issues till Saturday.

Can you try the following:
(a) Try clearing your browser’s cache http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050
If applicable see here for instructions on how to clear the cache for Chrome and Safari on the iPad:

Add both *.wordpress.com and *.wp.com to your list of trusted sites under the Security tab. Make sure to uncheck the box for “Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone.” http://en.support.wordpress.com/https/#frequently-asked-questions
If none of this works for you, try changing your browser. I use Grammarly as well and it works just fine, but I’ll still go ahead and check this out.

mihaiapetrei, Calypso is the name for the new editor on WordPress.com as opposed to the classic, WP-Admin editor.

We are actively looking in to this. Can you let me know if disabling Grammerly fixed the issue?
