Unable to pay annual fee, can't find the facility other than an upgrade which I

  It’s almost time to renew mysubscription to wordpress but the only facility I can find to do so is in an upgrade for more money, which I don’t want.

  It is almost time to renew my wordpress subscription but the only facility I can find to do so is with an upgrade, which I don’t want. How do I pay?

  The way all upgrades are renewed is by making payment for another year. Which upgrade are your referring to and exactly what do you want to do?

  Go to > Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades

  Thank you for your help. I have been into my dashboard (many times) and there is absolutely no sign of a STORE button. Is there another way in? I’m getting desperate, payment is due now. Thanks.
