It looks like the domain was registered on a different WordPress.com account. If you’re unable to log into the correct account, please locate the transaction ID for previous payments to WordPress.com (here’s how).
Once you have the transaction ID, send it to our account recovery team using the form here. They will get back to you via email to help you log into the correct account and renew the domain.

I inherited this account when I purchased the business. I have NO WordPress origination information other than the login to the domain.
This thing expires tomorrow and I have meetings the rest of the week so I am a little desperate to get this fixed.

I have provided a current payment method, my site worked for a week, and now it is down. What to do next. I cant reach anyone to help in a timely fashion. Am traveling and a customer just told me my site was down! Worst customer experience ever!…for WordPress!
