Unable to pay for an account upgrade

  I have been trying to upgrade my account or buy a theme for my blog and all my cards keep getting rejected because it says verify your billing address and security code. But there is no space for me to write my billing address and all the cards in perfect order. I tried PayPal as well with no luck.

  We use PayPal as our payment processor and the particular error code returned indicates that PayPal couldn’t complete the transaction. Could you check your PayPal account to ensure the cards have verified addresses, etc?

  Likewise, they advise that you can contact them at https://www.paypal.com/contactus . The error code returned was 10417.
