Unable to pay for No Ads upgrade

  I’ve got the No Ads upgrade (AU$39) in my “cart”, but when I try to pay for it, it gives an error message “You already have this, did you want to renew your subscription” but there is no link to “renew” any subscription.

  When I view my blog in incognito mode, I can see the ads are being added. I just want to remove the ads from my wordpress.com blog, nothing else.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
