  I’ve tried to upgrade my account and pay through my mastercard debit card. But the transfer has been declined

  Hi there,

  I don’t see any failed payments in your account, so the problem is most likely on your bank’s end. Please contact them and make sure they aren’t perhaps blocking payments to WordPress.com.
