Unable To Play Videos On iPhone

    Hi all,

    I need some help. I am having issues playing video files directly from my sites when watching on iPhone. Regardless of the browser. I can’t find a way to post the screenshots on here, so I’ve uploaded them to the same site.

    To confirm, I am experiencing the problem when watching direct videos while on an iPhone 13 Pro Max. Have tried Chrome & Safari. IOS 15.6 (19G71).

    Firstly, good use of cover in the PUBG clip up until the connection had other plans!

    From what I can tell, https://wits.uk/ isn’t hosted with WordPress.com, which limits our ability to help. The WordPress.com forums are for supporting websites hosted with WordPress.com, which is a managed hosting service.

    That said, I’d like to redirect you to the WordPress.org forums (https://wordpress.org/support/forums) as your website is built with the open-source WordPress software — which is what the WordPress.org forums provide support for!

    When you reach out to the kind folks there, I recommend mentioning the same details as you did here, as well as the video player plugin you used.

    Thanks! I host the site on a VPS so make use of the space for other – non business means 😂 No probs, i’ll repost this on .org.
