unable to post comments on other's blogs

  I get the error code, “you do not own this (something)” when I try to post comments on other peoples blogs.

  That means you are trying to comment on a Blogger ie. blogspot.com blog and that software does not recognize your WordPress.COM identity. Crazymaking Blogger Comment Settings > http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2013/08/10/crazymaking-blogger-comment-settings/
