Unable to post in a premium forum

  Hello.
  I’m doing the blog for a client. He bought the theme Snap, and in order to help him, my profile works as an Admin. to design the blog.
  But I’m unable to post on the theme forum. So, any time I got a question I need to ask my client to post it.
  How can I post?
