Unable to post in the support forums

Anytime I submit a new topic here, it doesn’t show in the list of topics and ‘My content’ link at the top of my profile says I haven’t created any posts. I’ve tried this countless times. Using Chrome browser latest version.

Before you delete or move this thread, I am only posting over here because I am 100% unable to access support options or anything from my WooCommerce.com dashboard. It keeps telling me I need to verify my email address, and links me to WordPress.com to do so. But I have. And Yes I’ve logged out and back in.
Any options I click over there either send me to here (WordPress.com) admin or they give me the splash screen saying I need to verify my email address. When I arrive over here, it says I’ve already verified my email.
The problem is not my cookies or cache. I’ve tried an incognito window. can someone please activate my account on woocommerce.com so I can continue building my site? Im stuck dead in the water and cant even contact them because their support link goes to the “Verify your email” screen again!
