Unable to post my data on my blog.

I am facing a problem on my blog http://www.apsplacements.wordpress.com. I am unable to post on my page. Always it doesn’t respond or when respond says that “This is page is having script which is slow and making your system unresponsive, do you want to continue”. When i press Yes, it says “Are you sure you want to nevigate away from this page, the changes you made will not be saved.” If I press cancel, it become unresponsive and if i press yes, it comes the previous link. How can i resolve this problem.

What browser and version are you using? Also, please NEVER, NEVER use Word and paste it into your blog; it will cause you more problems than you can possibly imagine. Just type it out by hand in the box, or paste it into the HTML editor (which strips out the formatting), then switch over to the visual editor to format it.

I am working with IE 6 and wordpress altogether since last 1 yr, but facing this problem since last one month. I think it is not related to the IE 6.

I think, on the other hand, that it is. Staff have been making many changes and more and more people with IE6 are reporting things are becoming unusable for them. There’s another thread about this right on the front page of the forums today.

Today i used Opera 9.5. With that, It again became unresponsive & I again failed to post my text. It’s not the problem of explorer, it’s something else. I noticed one more thing that when i edit the post the edit section becomes very large then normal. Is it a problem of script ?

Actually, it sounds like WordPress and whatever virus protection you have are not getting along. To confirm you could disable the virus protection temporarily (make sure you’re signed out of everything but WordPress; you don’t want any extra risk) and do the Cookie Dance: clear your browser cache and cookies and then do a forced reload of the dashboard. Then try editing or writing a new post and see what happens. Whether you succeed in clearing it or whether you fail, do report back what happens. And don’t forget to re-enable the virus protection, if that’s what’s doing it.
Sometimes it’s a firewall issue. Maybe you could try on a totally different connection?

Few minutes back i made few changes through Opera, and it accepted this time, when i tried to repeat, it is not showing SAVE option, which is behind the extra large edit section. I also like to mention that i am trying this process through two diff. systems, and on one system i don’t have firewall active and any virus remover.

I think then you’ll have to contact Support when it reopens in a few hours. There may be some bad code in your blog that Staff will have to fix. Sorry we couldn’t figure this out for you.

To be fair, it was sunday yesterday so there was probably no support in over the weekend.

I mailed to support about the reposnse of site on 27 june but not getting any response. I am again giving you the details here, please see, if you can find the actual problem through this. This msg i got when tried firefox.

Stop Script Continue
When i stopped script, it continues and i done few changes, but when i pressed save, it asked that “Do you want to nevigate away from this page, the changes you made will not be saved, Yes No”
Please solve this problem as soon as possible, it is affecting my work to reach people.

We’ve already given you all the info we have. As we said above, Support is not open on the weekend, so of course they haven’t gotten back to you. You contacted them just as they closed for the weekend.
