Unable to post or save a draft

    Hi there! I haven’t been able to post for a while now. It doesn’t even give me the option to save a draft. I’ve read that plug-ins could be the issue so I’ve tried looking into that, but haven’t had success. Is there a way you can help my account get back to normal? Thanks!

    Hi there!

    If you have any plan but the Business plan, you cannot install plugins.

    I can’t see which plan you have, so I’ve tagged this post with ‘modlook’ so one of the WordPress.com staff members can take a look at your account to see if there’s anything that might be going on that would prevent you from posting/saving drafts.

    Automattic (the company behind WordPress.com) is having their company-wide meetup right now, so it may take a bit longer than normal for a Staff member to respond, but they will see this.

    Since you’re on the Free plan, you don’t have the option to install any plugin. I tested your site and haven’t found anything out of the ordinary, therefore I suggest you trying the following:

    * Clear your browser’s cache and cookies:

    Solve Common Browser Issues

    * Check that JavaScript is enabled and supported by your browser:

    http://enable-javascript.com/

    * Disable any ad-blocking and security extensions on your browser

    * Log-out and log back into your WordPress.com account.

    * Check that you’re using the latest version of your browser:

    http://www.whatbrowser.org/

    * Try another browser:

    https://browsehappy.com/
