Unable to post to my blog from a laptop/computer

Why can’t I post from my laptop but can from my Iphone? I have tried everything, changing laptops, changing browsers, changing themes but I can’t post from my laptop and it’s getting difficult always blogging from my phone because I don’t have as many options! And the content that i’d like to include in my posts is on my laptop too. Please help me! I’ve been trying to figure this out for the last week and a half and nothing has changed! I am unable to post anything, a picture, a quote, a link, a written post – It’s ultimately effecting my stats & I’m very unhappy right now. Please help! Blog In Question: cremedelavan.wordpress.com

Okay.I see you are in Vancouver so that does not apply. In order to help you we need to know your specific computing environment details. Please work through what follows and report back.
1. If you are not running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/ please try upgrading or switching first.
