Unable to preview

  I cannot figure out why I can’t preview my posts or pages. I was having trouble last night, but I got around it by using the preview button on the bottom of the post. This morning neither works. Could you please help? Also, I cannot find any pages other than my “About” page.

  Hello! Can you tell me what does happen when you click on the Preview button? Does a new tab open? Does the page refresh?

  I’m sorry – I left a bit out, didn’t I? I get a new tab telling me I am lost. I go into my settings and dump the cookies (which) helped once before, but that doesn’t help any more.
  As for the pages, I see them listed and can access them from the posts list, but they do not preview nor can I find them after I save them.

  Each time it opens in a new tab. It never occurred to me to refresh a new tab.

  Thanks for those details! When that new tab opens, can you copy and paste the exact message you see in the window?

  And just to be sure, this is when you’re writing a post for lovelyreflections.org?

  That’s what I get. I don’t know what’s going on.
  This is happening on lovelyreflections. tasteandstylerevisited is unaffected – so far.

  I have third-party cookies and site data blocked, but I had them blocked when everything was working.

  When I visit the link you sent I’m able to see the preview. Could you try enabling cookies just to see if that fixes it?

  Now we know. I can preview if I enable cookies; can’t if I have cookies blocked. Thank you for your work on this. Do you know if there is any way to block cookies and still preview? If not, I will just reset the cookie blocker after I use WordPress.

  Since you are using a custom domain lovelyreflections.org, you’ll need to enable third-party cookies for preview to work. For sites without custom domains, you will be able to preview either way.

  That explains why I only recently had trouble. I had not connected the new problem with the fact that I had recently purchased the custom domain. The mystery is solved! Thank you very much.
