Unable to Preview, Post or Save Draft
-
I’ve been using WordPress for my blog over a year. My blog address is http://breakingwindfarm.wordpress.com. Works great until yesterday when I attempted a New Post. On the NEW POST page I am able to enter the title and text, then upload the photo. The spinning wheel along the bottom becomes activated and continues to spin, saying “Saving”. However I am unable to Preview or to Post.
I have tried walking away giving time for the files to load but the spinning wheel continues to spin. If I migrate off the page all information disappears. There is no “Draft” on my blog that I can continue working on.
Text and photos do appear on the page I am working on. But that is as far as I get.
After shutting the computer down overnight I tried again this morning. Same result.
Could it be my browser (I’m using Mozilla) or my internet provider (wireless and slow but it’s all we got out here in the boonies)?
PLEASE HELP!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Thank you for all your suggestions. I looked at each item and adjusted/updated as necessary. I cleared my Cache. Both Safari and Flash Player required updates. I added WordPress.com and wp.com to my trusted sites under the Security Tab. Also allowed third party cookies following your instructions. I just re-entered my blog post — the window is still open and “Saving” is still spinning. That is what it does, just spin, forever. It does not allow me to Preview or Post.

Is the photo in your media library? How much room is left in the library? It might be full, and that might be the problem.
-
I assume you mean the media library on my computer. Okay, that makes sense. I’ve been using iPhoto. Just bought Lightroom but the photos I’m using on the blog are all in iPhoto.
I just began duplicating iPhoto library to my desktop where Lightroom can see it. (2 hours it says!)
If WordPress is capping me I would like to know, so I don’t keep beating my head against a wall.
Thanks for your help!

Update 9 pm after 5 more hours sitting here moving photos around:
Deleted all photos from my post and started all over again. This time I took each photo file and moved it to the Desktop. From there I dropped each one into the Post.
No change.
“Saving” just keeps spinning away. . . . . .

Your Media Library in the blog is what raincoaster was referring to. http://breakingwindfarm.wordpress.com/wp-admin/upload.php

Hi there!
I’ve gone ahead and saved a draft post called “Test” in your blog without any problems. Can you please go back and try that again and let me know what happens?
https://breakingwindfarm.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post-new.php
I’d also like to know at which point are you getting the “spinning wheel” dilemma. Is it:
- When you’re trying to upload an image?
- When you save the post as a draft?
- When you click on the Preview button?
Please let me know so I can help you further. Thanks!

Hi duresome
Thank you SO MUCH for your reply!
My post page is still open with the attempt post still “saving”. The spinning wheel begins as I enter data and upload pictures. The spinning occurs on auto save. I do not press “save” or “preview” or “publish post.” Those buttons are not enabled.
Are there too many images? Is there a limitation on the quantity or size of images? Do I have to upgrade?
Thanks you!

Hi again–
I am leaving the window open with the attempted post still in it’s “saving” mode. If I migrate off the page I will loose all data. I just wanted to clarify.
