Unable to proceed with any plan

    Hi there, after selecting my blog’s theme and font pairing, I am unable to proceed. I want to proceed with the free plan, but regardless of which plan i select from the process, I get an error that something went wrong. Any ideas on why this may be?

    Hmm, I don’t see any issues that would cause that. Do you have any browser extensions that could be blocking part of the page? Sometime an ad-blocker gets overly aggressive, for example, so you might disable that until you’re through the signup.

    You could also try another browser temporarily to see if that resolves this.
