Unable to process payment

    My payment for chargeback is deducted twice but not completed here. It shows that payment was added as credit note.

    Please share the transaction ID of the double charge you are referring to here. Here is how you can find the transaction ID https://en.support.wordpress.com/transaction-id.

    It shows that payment was added as credit note.

    Where do you see this, please share the screenshot.

    and, the error message was shown when the transaction failed message came that it’s added as credit.I don’t have screenshot for it. Also, since I have already paid the chargeback, I should be able to renew my domain now…it’s urgent that this gets resolved.
