Unable to process woocommerce mailing label from USPS

    Hello,

    I’m developing a website for a client. I had everything setup for woocommerce shipping and USPS plugin. I was able to add a credit card to the wordpress.com account to pay for shipping labels. When I tested the site, I got an error while processing payment.

    Payment failed – The transaction was declined. Please contact support quoting error AXLZNE.

    Click here and visit settings to update your payment settings and try again.

    When I go to the wordpress.com I tried to add another credit card to the profile and I get this error.
    Please contact support quoting error HYMNCA.

    I need some help. I don’t know why the website wont allow me to add a credit card or why is did allow me to add one a few days ago and it wont work.
