Unable to publish a post

Hi there,
I’m currently trying to publish a post on our company’s website, but am getting the error message ‘Publishing failed’. Is something wrong with out account, or is it a larger WordPress issue?

I don’t see any sites under your account, what’s the address of the site you’re working on?

Hey there,
Apparrently the post did get published despite us receiving an error message. However, now it won’t allow us to save our featured image, update the snippet, or save the key word phrase: https://barklypets.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=3432&action=edit

We actually resolved the issue on our end. was our W3 Total Cache plugin that was causing some issues.
