Unable to publish new posts

    I can’t publish new posts on my blog. On top of the screen asked me to verify my email which I have done. What can I do to resolve that issue?

    Hi there,

    To better understand what you are mean you say can’t publish new posts on your blog, can you give me a little more background information?

    – Can you walk me through what you were doing just before getting to this screen. What page were you on, and what button/link did you press?
    – Are you able to take a screenshot of the window asking for your email address? You can upload this to your site’s media library (Media>Add New) and from there I will be able to retrieve it.
    – Is it OK if I make a test post on your site to see if I can duplicate the issue? I will delete it immediately if I am successfully able to make a post.

    Any additional details you can provide would be a great help.
