Unable to Publish or Save

Whenever I try to save or publish, on both my shared blog and my personal one, it says “unable to publish” or “unable to save”. I really want to post. How can I fix this?

Hi there,
Please make sure that you are an Administrator, Editor, or Author to those blogs. Only those user roles can publish posts and pages.
Go to the People page of each blog and check the role assigned to your account.
