Unable to publish post and certain features not loading HELP

  I am trying to post an entry however my screen is not loading the preview or submit for review options. There is a grey bar above my draft screen which is lighting up.
  When i try to access online help the page does not load.
  This issue is the same on my mobile phone so it is not my laptop.
  I have unblocked wordpress security options so that is not the issue.
  please help!!

  Hi there,

  On your laptop are you edit your post through https://wordpress.com/ or through WP Admin (https://oliviagrantblog.wordpress.com/wp-admin/)? And on your phone are you using the browser or the app?

  Also, it would be really helpful if you could send me a screenshot depicting the issue.
