Unable to publish posts.

  One weird thing with my computer is that I cannot use it to publish posts. I click Publish and the browser just chugs away for 2 mins or so then just displays a white screen (in firefox) or Cannot find server (in ie). This is not just a one off, this seems to happen every time I try and post.

  The only way I can use wordpress is wait until the page “auto-saves” and then publish the draft on another computer.

  Any ideas what’s going on?

  Do you have any extension or plug-ins for FF? What version browsers are you using?

  Thanks, that makes things easier.

  Several people using older versions of Firefox have reported this issue with their blogs. Try updating to a newer version, like 2.0.0.14 and try again. That SHOULD clear it up.

  Hmmmm…. I just tried posting now and it seemed to work fine. Odd. Nothings changed. Oh well, hopefully it’s fixed now.

  Ok, I’ve worked out some more details. I’m using firefox 2.0.0.14, so it’s not because of that. When I tested it out with a small post, it posts fine. But if I have a bigger post, say above 80 words long or so, it doesn’t post.

  The extensions I have are
  British English Dictionary
  delicious Bookmarks
  Download Statusbar
  IE View
  StumbleUpon
  Tabbrowser Preferences.

  However, I don’t think this is the problem as I can’t post using Internet Explorer either.
