unable to publish posts – always saving as draft

  when i try to create a new post and click the publish button, it always brings me to the page to edit my entries with my ‘published’ post being saved as draft. tried to do it again and again but it always saves as draft and not publishing it in my blog.

  it happened to me more than once. anyone has the same problem?
