Unable to publish under purchased domain

    I need help launching the site I designed under the domain I purchased. When I click ‘use domain I own’ and type in the domain I own, it says it’s ‘already registered.’

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    What is the domain in question? It sounds like you might have this domain connected to another account. If so, you can transfer the domain from the other account following the instructions here:

    It shouldn’t be tied to another account. It’s listed under the domains I own. I purchased it yesterday. It just won’t let me use it when I go to publish the website.

    Thank you for clarifying. It looks like the domain registration for http://www.bowenmetals.com was canceled and refunded. To use this domain with your site again, you will need to pay the renewal fee and we can restore the domain for you.

    If the domain enters redemption before it can be renewed there may be an additional fee associated with recovering the domain. It is also possible the domain is released and is difficult or impossible to register again.
