Unable to purchase

  Hi,

  When I try to upgrade my account or match wordpress with my existing domain (www.ezgiguler.com), I am unable purchase. I take below error alert on the payment page:

  ‘Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.’

  I kindly ask you to help me to solve this problem as soon as possible.
