Unable to purchase a domain

Hello! I have tryed to purchase a domain plan and i coudn’t finish the payment.
It says and i quote : Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchase.
I have tryed with a couple of credit cards and didn’t work with either.
Please help me figure out this issue.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
