unable to purchase CSS upgrade

  Hello – trying to purchase the CSS upgrade…and 2 concerns:

  1) I believe I purchased May 2010, so why do I have to purchase again now? I thought it was good for one year?
  2) When I do try to purchase – I receive this error:

  10759: This transaction cannot be processed. Please enter a valid credit card number and type.

  I am entering a visa number and I am selecting Visa from dropdown so not sure what the issue is?

  It is valid for one year. Why are you trying to purchase it again?

  The CSS edit upgrade is per blog. Are you trying to purchase it for another blog?

  You can check your upgrades and the valid dates by going to the “upgrade” link in your dashboard and scrolling down toward the bottom.

  I did that – but the CSS upgrade doesn’t show, but I definitely had it as I edited it and applied the style in May. It is for the same blog. I am thinking maybe I was able to edit as part of the 5GB upgrade but now the CSS is a separate purchase?

  Either way, I’d like to be able to buy it – but I keep receiving that error.
