unable to purchase new premium theme for my site

  Hi..

  I have been trying to purchase a new premium theme for my site, but the ‘oupps’ notice keeps appearing. It has been about four days now this has been happening. losing patience a little.
  Any feedback or suggestions on this?

  just to add more details.

  I have been trying to upgrade my free ‘sunspot’ theme to ‘Obsidian’ premium theme. Is this possible? i have been trying for a few days, but this message keeps appearing when i press the purchase button:

  Whoops!
  Something has gone wrong with our servers, and we’ve just been notified of the problem.
  This will be fixed as soon as possible, so kindly reload in a minute and things should be back to normal.

  Hi Kathryn, I’m sorry you’ve been having trouble purchasing a premium theme. Could you let me know from which page you’ve been trying to make the purchase so I can have our developers look into this?

  The same message came up all the time…..
  I have now decided to stick with the theme i have, i have updated to a premium account. That will do for now.
