Unable to Purchase New Theme

Hi.
Could somebody please look into my account details and clarify why I am unable to purchase a new Theme?
I have tried via PayPal, for which I can correctly log-in and authorize the transaction, but then I am returned to my WordPress site and receive the message:
“This transaction couldn’t be completed. Please redirect your customer to PayPal.”
I then try again with PayPal and this time receive the following message:
“User does not have a good funding source with which to pay.”
I have tried paying directly using a card, but, again, I receive the message:
“This transaction couldn’t be completed. Please redirect your customer to PayPal.”
Obviously I would prefer it if this conversation was conducted in private, though since I could not see any other way of contacting WordPress other than via this forum then I thought I should at least start here.
