Unable to purchase Pro Bundle
-
it seems that the button for upgrading my account to the pro bundle does not work properly.
Please check it yourself and advise how -
You don’t have any WordPress.com blogs under your account.
You’ll need to have a WordPress.com blog before you can purchase a bundle for it.
-
so are you saying that if I have a blog but its not (email visible only to moderators and staff) I can’t purchase? I have multiple sites and are gaining more and would like to purchase the bundle for each site. I have already purchased the domain redirect…
What do I need to do to remedy this situation.
Thanks
-
No, you just need a blog at WordPress.com. aadrianus did not have any blogs at WordPress.com.
In your case, you can not purchase a bundle because you already own an upgrade that would have been included with it (Domain Mapping).

We have the option of having our upgrades on auto-renewal and that’s what I do. WordPress.com will auto-renew 1 month prior to the expiry date so if anything goes wrong we have time to straighten it out and not lose the domain in the process.

Yes, but I would like to be able to purchase the Pro Bundle for one of my sites… and I thought maybe at the time of renewal I could get it then?

Hello there, sorry to jump in but I have a similar question – I own the blog – blog.projectcreate.com.au which is wordpress. I’d like to upgrade to the pro bundle but it won’t let me progress to the store (the button is disabled) Can you please advise how I can get the upgrade? Many Thanks,
Matt.

You don’t NEED the pro upgrade for that blog. It isn’t hosted here at all. You can do all that stuff for free already. Support for your blog is over at http://wordpress.org/support

Hi raincoaster – thanks for your quick answer. I’ll take your advice and check it out. Much obliged, M.
