Unable to purchase upgrade

    I’m trying to sign up for the 14 day trial of the Premium Plan but, every time I complete my debit card details, I get a message that says “Some text here, please.” along the top of the page, and the payment does not go through. There is, however, no place to enter any other information on the page!
