unable to re-enter account / can't change profile information / can't reset account passwo

  1. I can’t log get back into my account (on another wordpress, bergames.com ). It’s not letting me back in, and every time I try to get back in I make another account on the forums.

  2. I can’t change my avatar there. Every time I do so, it goes back to being the default. It doesn’t let me change pretty much anything about my profile, either–including email!

  3. I can’t reset the password on the account. I put my account in, and I get the email, but the link redirects me to an Error 500. (I’ve done this 3 times now.)

  What can I even do honestly
