Unable to reach admin page

    Just then I received an email advising of a ‘New user registration’ of a random email, and all of a sudden I am unable to reach the admin login page.

    Is there anything I can do to resolve this?

    Hi there, “new user registrations” is an issue on sites using the open source WordPress software hosted with another web hosting provider. You’ve posted to the support forums for free websites hosted by WordPress.com You can read more about these differences at https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

    For help with a site using the open source WordPress software, head over to https://wordpress.org/support/ where you’ll find documentation and users who have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.

    However, you should be able to turn off new user registrations in your dashboard at WP-Admin ->Settings ->General
