unable to reach my blog

  I am unable to open my blog. My picture is not being displayed at the end of the page a line displayed tells me that I have blocked my own blog, though I have not done any such thing.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello there!

  I just tried visiting your blog… It seems to be working fine for me. Besides, I couldn’t find any error message as such… About the picture, I could find your Facebook profile badge too, in the blog… Could you try visiting the blog again?

  In case you run into the error once again, could you post a screenshot of the same here as well? You can upload the screenshot into an image hosting site like imgur.com and paste the link here…

  Hello again!

  I think you were trying to attach a screenshot of your error in the previous comment, but, it has not come here. Unfortunately, you cannot upload photos directly to the forum in the same way we upload photos into WordPress posts. Could you please specify in detail what the error is once again? A screenshot of the error would be a lot helpful in getting your error solved ASAP.

  Thanks for the support and your prompt reply. While searching for my solution in google I came across this link http://shoutmetech.com/google-public-dns-windows/ I tried it and now it is working. Just wanted to know whether it is safe doing it.

  Hi!

  So it was an issue with the ISP, that was making your blog slow. It’s always good to use a Public DNS service to speed up your internet, like what you just did… However, in most cases the default DNS servers of ISP’s do not mess with WordPress.com blogs (as far as I know).

  Anyway, Google Public DNS is quite safe, I guess. And happy to know that your issue was solved too. :)
