Unable to.reach site after changing URL

  Hello,

  I did change the URL of forfatterservice.no to utgibok.no in the settings, as we are re-branding and changing our name.

  Now I do not manage to access the page:
  https://www.utgibok.no/wp-login.php?redirect_to=httpswww.forfatterservice.nowp-admin&reauth=1

  I tried to read the following article to know how to change it. back, but I do think that it is way to hard to understand:

  I have never heard about either wp-config.php or functions.php.

  Can someone please help me to change it back to forfatterservice.no?
