Unable to reactivate the Daily Writing Prompt section on chrome

    I have a blog at https://shortstoriesforall.com/. I like answering the daily prompts that show up. Furthermore, I use chrome and WordPress. As you may be aware, the Daily writing prompts show up on the mobile app as well as desktop browsers. Way back in November there was a mismatch between the prompts on the mobile and Desktop so I closed or deactivated the desktop app prompt box. Now I am unable to reactivate it.
    I have tried all the options given on the support page. Changing it in notifications, clearing cache etc. but nothing seems to be activating the prompt on chrome or even Firefox. Both seem to take the setting from some place where it sees I have closed it and keeps it closed.
    The only way I can get the prompts to work is by clicking the ‘Answer prompt’ button on the mobile app. Then saving it without writing anything. This way, a draft appears on the website and I can write on this. An on the page setting to reactivate the writing prompt would be good.
