unable to receive activation mail from wordpress

  Hi i am not getting my activation mail, every time i try to log into my account i get this message: To post and keep using WordPress.com you need to validate your email address. Please click the link in the email we sent at (email visible only to moderators and staff). unforunately i am not receiving any mail.
  i have tried several times to re-send but i am getting any mail
  Please can you help? as i would like to use the blog
