unable to receive emails from my website enquiry form

  i have did all the setting from WP forms on my website, and suspected the hosting site blocked my email from the enquiry form. can you please assist me?

  We can’t help as that site isn’t running on the wordpress;com platform nor can we help with third party plugins. Contact your hosting support to find out if they allow sending forms from a website.
