Unable to receive mail from wordpress.com

When I try to update my email address, I can’t receive confirmation mail from the new address. Could anyone from WordPress.com could help my figure out what it happen? Thank you.

Actually I want to change the email address for my WordPress.com account. I checked the spam folder and mail receive log. No mail received after I tried to change email address. Any idea from mail server?

zjumun – We tried to deliver the activation email but the problem is with the mail server. Have you been in touch with your email provider about this?
Once they fix the issue you’ll be able to update the email address from wordpress.com/me/ and the activation email should work.

My mail provider said no mail entered their server. They need send log from sender to locate the problem. What could I do to get the log? Thanks.

I wanted to let you know that we are working on this but have been unsuccessful in reaching the support staff of the email provider.

Our developers have been unsuccessful in reaching the support department for your email provider. We’ve also tried to reach them in the local language, not just English, but still we have not heard back or been helped. You may have better luck reaching out to them directly for help.
The email has been sent from our side multiple times but they are not letting it be delivered to you.

Please send an email to help@wordpress.com from the email address on your user account and we can verify the account manually.

WTF… Thank you, but I’ll find another way. I need to receive Jetpack’s monitor mail, and it it sure to be sent from @wordpress.com domain. I’ll also try to reach my mail provider, although I failed last time.
