Unable to receive Receipt or Login Email after payment!

Hi. I am reaching out because I am experiencing difficulties receiving the login link or password reset email for my WordPress account associated with the domain raizenrealestate.com.
I created an account under (email visible only to moderators and staff) and proceeded to purchase the Explorer plan for the total amount of €91.39 (I can provide a statement showing the payment).
Then I tried to log into my WordPress account but I couldn’t get the login email sent by you guys. I also tried resetting the password but again nothing. I haven’t even received a receipt from you after my payment.
Please let me know as soon as possible how to proceed.
