Unable to receive security code and lost backup codes

  Hi all,
  I have full permission to access a registered email of my WordPress account, but cannot sign in. The system asked for either security code or 1 of 10 backup codes. The trouble is that:
  1, There was no security code sent to my mobile phone. Many efforts, always failed. In 2018, my phone number was changed from (+84)167******* into (+84)37******* following the policy of Vietnam Government. It is likely a reason, but not sure.
  2, I lost all 10 backup codes
  3, I failed to summit the ‘Account Recover’ form to the support of WordPress, due to lack of Transaction ID and Activation URL. I was told to recover a new password. I did that, but still could not access the account, because of missing the security code and backup code.
  Hope that anyone helps me.

  do you still have access to the email with which you created the account? If so, please write an email from that address to passwordhelp@wordpress.com. Our Account Recovery team will get back to you.
