Unable to receive WordPress.com verification email and resend verification email

  I am trying to make a WordPress.com account for my company and I created it using an email which sends to multiple people (since multiple people help me manage the site). We have not received a verification email and cannot find a way to send a new verification email. Can someone please assist us with this?

  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

  I can provide the email for the WordPress.com account to moderators and staff if that would help! We cannot log into the account at all since the account gives the error “This account hasn’t been activated yet — check your email for a message from WordPress.com and click the activation link. You’ll be able to log in after that.” when we try to log in.
