Unable to recover account

The recovery process does not recognize receipt transaction #XXxxxxxxxX (dated May 18, 2023 and American Express Transaction ID: CH_3.xxxxxxxxBW)
When I try to log in to my account, the system says I have no accounts. That also means that I get no support … which I need right now. In the past, support has been quick, accurate, and awesome.
As can be seen by the receipt transaction #8xxxxx (dated May 18, 2023 and American Express Transaction ID: CH_3xxxxxxxxxBW) I have a business account.
Using that business account, I created 411ForWellness.com. It is hosted by wordpress and currently works and allows me to edit the site as well create and delete posts.
I think there may be some confusion because, for years now, I have had a separate premium account (nassaudirectives.com). There is also a record of a free account which I need to delete since I no longer have that domain. (wineindustryinsight.com)
I plan to keep both premium accounts for as long as I can access them.
Please help.

I’ve checked it, and the sites 411ForWellness.com and 411forwellness.com are owned by a different account from the one you are contacting us (lperdue)
In order to regain access to the account that manages those sites, please enter the transactions ID in the account recovery form:
