Unable to recover account for old blog

  I used to post to an old blog at https://streetwisespirituality.wordpress.com. I left the blog for some time and have lost access to the account. I was able to log into this account, which is helpful, but not. I need to recover the Username and Password but don’t have any of the information that the form: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery wishes me to provide. I see no other way of contacting support but this public-facing system. Can anybody point me in the right direction? Again, I am unsure of the correct username/email/password combination and I’ve tried all of the others to gain access. No dice.

  Well the correct username is unsurprisingly streetwisespirituality
  https://wordpress.com/forums/users/streetwisespirituality/
  Can you try logging in with that username and correct password. To recover the account/site otherwise requires access to the email address you associated with the site.
