Unable to register a domain that is available

I’m having a lot of problems. Some weeks ago I furst upgraded my blog to “Premium”. I tried to register the domain “inkomm.es” (which was available”, apparently I succeeded but the reality was that it was not registered. I contacted you and you told me to ask for a refund and start all the process again.
This time I have started with the purchase of the domain. I’m trying again to register a new domain (the same I tried to register before: inkomm.es). I first check that it is available, and it is. But when I click on “register” the message is “Imposible de asignar inkomm.es. El dominio inkomm.es ya se ha registrado en WordPress.com. Ponte en contacto con el soporte técnico si quieres volver a asignar este dominio.”
I have tried both with Chrome and Explorer.
PLEASE, how can I solve this???? In addition, what do you recommend, upgrade to Premium (which includes a personalised address) or simply register a new domain?

Thank you for your patience. Our team has fixed the issue, and you should be able to register the domain now. The first time it seems like there was an error because the postal code was invalid. Please recheck your postal code when you register the domain.

I was happy because I finally could do all the registration process. BUT look at the message I received!

Hi there,
Some of our users have received an error like this before and usually it is registered within a day or two. Can you please let me know if it’s still not registered in 2 days? We’re still working on getting these domains registered, so thank you so much for all your patience.

I have received the same message three times!
I’m really desperate because I’m waiting for this to set-up my own business and start contacting people.More than two months have passed since I first tried to register inkomm.es.
What else can I do?? -
It looks like everything has been set up correctly and it should work in a day or two. I have checked the nameservers and it’s good to go. Unfortunately .es domains can take up to a day or longer for the name server changes to propagate and there’s nothing we can do to expedite the process.
