Unable to register your account how to solve?

  I want to user word 365 to post wordpress blog , when I use google account logining wordpress with word it was warning: “Unable to register your account”.
  I am sure my google account password and username is correct, I want to ask whether the username and password I logined through google in wordpress is the same as google? Please help me , thanks

  Hi,

  Just to make sure, you’re able to log into WordPress directly using log in with Google?

  If so, do you have any extensions enabled that would be blocking the login?

  yes, I can login into wordpress with google account , but I don’t know any extensions would be blocking the login, can you tell me how to check or how to see the word log? thanks
