Unable to release manastl.com from wordpress registrar

    Hi,

    I need assistance releasing manastl.com from your registry. When I try to do anything with it, it shows the error attached and it doesn’t show it under domains I own even though lookup shows you as the current registrar.

    Can you please assist with this issue so I can transfer it away from wordpress? I appreciate your assistance in this matter.

    the error shown is:
    “This domain is still active and is not available to map yet. Please try again later or contact support.”

    It appears that support isn’t available. Does anyone have suggestions on what might be happening here?

    Hi there,

    It appears that you canceled both your plan and the domain registration while the domain was in the middle of the transfer process. So now the domain is registered through us but you cannot manage it through your dashboard.

    Our Domains team is working on a fix, and we’ll let you know once it’s done.
