unable to remove a theme or install default

  I am not able to uninstall or delete Unica from my site. I am not able to install the default page either to reinstall unica.
  I actually am having a meltdown and close to breaking point with this all. I wanted something simple and I’ve got the complete opposite. My site has been in a mess for weeks now. topped with that i have a toddler to look after so my time is exceptionally precious. I just want someone to remove unica from my http://www.1stbirthday.co.uk with urgeny so I can install a simple theme please. thank you
