unable to remove of the blogs admins

the account (email visible only to moderators and staff) is one of the admins to the blog http://thesaintlysinners.wordpress.com/ and another admin is the account (email visible only to moderators and staff).
(email visible only to moderators and staff) changed into (email visible only to moderators and staff). due to the fact bloggers split and now (email visible only to moderators and staff). will no longer be a part of the above referred blog. and created a blog of its own.
Only the account (email visible only to moderators and staff) should be the admin and (email visible only to moderators and staff). should be removed from that blog users team. However neither accounts are able to remove (email visible only to moderators and staff) or even downgrade it.
We need help from wordpress support to do that, please.Thanks

I tagged this thread for staff assistance, so someone who can help you will get back to you as soon as they are able. Generally speaking they need confirmation from both parties to make changes like this, so if you could have the other admin in question also post here confirming he/she wishes the change to be made that will save you a bit of time.

It looks like the site thesaintlysinners.wordpress.com has only one user now, and that’s you, at the email address you wanted to use. Were you able to remove the other users since posting this thread?

yes i was finally able to fix it. It seems even as an administrator, but not the creator, i couldnt make such a change. Had to use the creator account. Now it is ok. Thanks!
